Care Details for Personalised Items:

 If purchasing the nylon pouches personalised with vinyl lettering, the pouches are machine washable (hand wash setting).  However, to retain quality, shape and preserve the best colours, we advise to hand wash using damp cloth.  

If purchasing nylon pouches without personalisation, they can be machine washed on low setting. 

Avoid direct sunlight for lengths of time.  Not only does it cause 'sun bleaching' to the pouches, a discolour can occur.  

Do not iron the pouches and more so the vinyl.  

All vinyl used is of the best Cricut quality and every care is taken to create your products with love and passion.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or notice a fault, please contact me ASAP. I pride myself on my customer service.  Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the pouch. If a fault occurs of any nature I want to assist to correct anything that may have been occurred during production.  If you have been using the pouch for a length of time and not contacted me within 48 hours of receiving the pouch, I would presume that 'wear and tear' has caused the damage.  All pouches/items are created with love, care and pride and are checked before creating and packaged.

Mistakes can occur, a rarity, but I am still a human. Also, I test and try the products before I send out to my customers.  But should any 'slip the net', please let me know ASAP.
