How To Order Your Personalised Pouch/Item.

Firstly, it is important to READ THE LISTING DESCRIPTION.  Not all products will need the actions below.  Some products already have the printing/personalisation included in the listing. This will be highlighted in title and description. 

1. Choose the size and colour of your pouch/bag add to cart.
2. Use the ‘Personalisation' tab to choose the colour and theme you require.  Add them to your cart. 
3. Decide how you would like your pouch to be designed.  If using a design that contains two colours, please take extra care when ordering how you want your personalisation to be printed. You may decide to choose patches to help personalise.  Add each letter to the cart to spell you word or name.
4. Leave a quick note at checkout of ‘wording’ and how you would like the printing to appear.   This can be found in 'Edit Notes’ on checkout pages. 
5. If you have a live discount code, don't forget to add it. It cannot be added later. Only one discount code can be used at any one time. Discount codes have expiry dates.

If you have made any mistakes during your order, please contact us ASAP.  We will always look to rectify if contacted within 2 hours of ordering.  If order has already been created after this point a refund cannot be given unfortunately.
